Does it contain sugar?

Vibora Hydrate is made with natural flavourings and contains no artificial sugars, giving you a clean, refreshing taste without the crash you get from many traditional sports drinks.

What flavours are available?

Our formula is currently available in a refreshing Citrus flavour that has been created to appeal to a wide range of tastes. Made with natural flavourings, it has a clean, easy-to-drink finish that you can happily keep sipping throughout your match.

How many sachets should I use?

We generally recommend 1–2 sachets per day, depending on your activity levels. Ifyou're heading out for a longer session, playing multiple matches or spending the day at a tournament, a second sachet can help you stay topped up.

Can I drink it if I’m not playing padel?

Absolutely. Vibora may have been developed with padel in mind, but it can also be enjoyed around other sports, gym sessions,travelor any time you want a convenient way tostay hydrated and on top of your game.

When should I drink Vibora Hydrate?

It's completely up to you. Some players enjoy it before they step onto court, others sip it during their match, while plenty reach for it afterwards to help them recover. Howeveryou like to play, Vibora can easily fit into your routine.

How do I prepare Vibora Hydrate?

Simply empty one sachet into 500ml of cold water, give it a stir or shake, and it'll quickly dissolve, ready to drink. Then all that'sleft to do is enjoy it.

How many sachets come in a pack?

Vibora is available in a range of pack sizes to suit the way you play. Choose from a 3-sachet sample pack if you'd like to give it a try, or our 14 and 28-sachet packs to keep you stocked up for regular games and tournaments.

Do I still need to drink water?

Yes, because our formulais mixed directly into water. Water remains the base of your hydration, while the sachet adds electrolytes, vitamins, minerals and nootropics developed around the demands of padel.

Is it only for tournaments?

Not at all. It works just as well for a relaxed game after work, a club session or a busy weekend of competition. You can use it whenever you feel your time on court calls for more than plain water.

Can I drink it every time I play?

Can I take Vibora Hydrate to tournaments?

Yes. The individual sachets are easy to slip into your padel bag, so you can mix one between matches without carrying a bulky tub around all day.

How should I store Vibora?

Keep the sachets in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Leave them sealed until you are ready to mix your drink.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any available free delivery offers will also be shown before you complete your purchase.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. If you use Vibora Hydrate regularly, you can subscribe and save. Your electrolytes will be delivered automatically at your chosen frequency and you can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you've just placed your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes or cancel it.

What is your returns policy?

If you've changed your mind, you can return unopened products within our returns window for a refund. If your order arrives damaged orthere'san issue with it, please contact our team andwe'llput things right.

Where can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with a range of secure online payment options available at checkout.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and we'll send the order directly to them. Pricing isn't included inside the parcel.

Do you ship internationally?
