What is a padel electrolyte drink? A drink mix that adds minerals such as sodium, potassium and magnesium to your water, so you replace some of what you lose in sweat during a match. Vibora Hydrate is formulated and branded for padel players.

Do I need electrolytes for padel? For a short, cool session, water is usually enough. For long matches, hot or humid courts, tournament days or if you sweat heavily, an electrolyte drink is a sensible addition. Read the full guide.

Does Vibora Hydrate contain sugar or caffeine? It's sweetened with stevia and contains no caffeine. 

How many sachets can I have? One or two a day, depending on how much you play. Don't exceed two.
